The Challenge

Haleon needed to transform its scientific symposium from passive to engaging. Traditional presentations offered no way to track how participants felt, what they learned, or how they responded to the content.

Our Solution — Flash Play Platform

We built Flash Play, a browser-based gamification system that connected directly to Haleon’s live presentation. Participants joined instantly via QR code on their phones — no apps or downloads required.

Participants could react in real time with live emotes (👍 🎉 🧡️ 💡) , displayed instantly on the main screen.

Gamification Leaderboard & Rewards

A live leaderboard and reward system encouraged friendly competition and kept everyone engaged.
